Sleep.😑😑
My almost ONE year old sucks at sleeping. I was all "Sleep training is evil" and now I have a one year old that doesn't sleep lol. Karma. Anywho, does anyone have any tips on getting him to learn to fall asleep on his own. We wake up like clock work. Obviously a learned behavior. He needs a bottle to fall back asleep and rocked. You guys, I'm 20 weeks pregnant. I can't rock this toddler for 30 minutes every 3 hours. HELP! 💙💙
