Anyone behind?!

I rented out a pavilion at a beach local to us but I’m having second thoughts since Florida is really unpredictable and the weather has been crappy lately. I’m stressing sooooo bad and need all the advice I can get.

•Should I change the location of the party to be on the safe side?

• there isn’t going to be THAT MANY kiddos so how do I entertain a whole bunch of adults 🙃 (I’m socially awk & our families will be getting together for the first time for an event)
