I would honestly say that if he doesn’t have anything to do with his other children then no he doesn’t deserve to have this one named after him because he’s not likely to play an active role in this child’s life if he hasn’t yet with the other two.

My kid won’t have the same last name as his bio dad, that’s for sure. He most likely won’t be on the birth certificate, I’m speaking to my lawyer about how to keep him from trying to renter the picture later on.

I’d put the two names. My daughters father and I aren’t together but once I give birth, I will most likely put our two last names which explains why I only gave her one Given Name
