Help! 3 weeks cramps and pink discharge

Has anyone had this happen and still be okay. I’m 3 weeks today and have had cramps 3 days I started spotting lightly today and went straight to dr. They said hcg is 142 and I go back Monday to make sure it’s rising but I’m just trying to ease my mind that this happens in some pregnancy’s and things are fine. Pic of “blood”
