Coming out ?

So I’m 14 and for a whileeee I’ve been trying to explore my sexuality. It’s hard for me to truly express my sexuality as I don’t know how my friends and family would feel about it. I’ve been with some guys and there’s been feelings I guess but I’m just really confused. I met this girl and I think I’m really starting to like her but I’m afraid that if anyone finds out then I’ll be judged for it 😕. Any tips/tricks on how to come out and when the right time would be to do so?
