How much food for Baby

I’m in hospital and can’t give my baby my breast milk right now until I’m done taking this medicine so my mom is watching him and I feel like she is giving him way too much formula. He eats 4oz like every 2 hours and he’s just shy of being 4 weeks old.. he acts super hungry tho if you don’t give him all that milk..
