red bumps on my shoulders
so i literally just woke up yesterday morning and all these spots had appeared and i'm so confuse- they don't hurt at all and their on both my shoulders maybe a little on my back i think and i'm on holiday right now in cyprus so idk is it from the sun? or like an allergic to sun cream but it's weird cos i don't usually hv sensitive skin. can anyone help me out and tell me what this might be?
