Gas or appendicitis??

Can you burp and pass gas if you have appendicitis? I have what I think is gas pain cause I’ve been burping all day, and my back hurts to.

You'd know of its your appendix.. It's incredibly painful... Lower right side of your abdomen.. Strong constant pains. Idk about gas i was in to much pain to notice

If you’re hurting in the right lower area of your abdomen, go to the doctor. But if not then you’re fine.

We aren't doctors. Go to the doctor but maybe you are constipated and need a laxative.
