What is this?!

Question

So long story short, about 2 weeks ago I switched from Pampers Pure diapers to Honest, just because I got a good deal on them. A week ago a rash started appearing and now it’s worse. We just started using Pampers Pure diapers again because my first thought was a chemical reaction or something with the Honest diapers. Now I’m thinking it could be eczema. What do you ladies think?!

It looks like eczema. My son has similar looking rash and doctor says it’s eczema.

Does it feel dry? It looks like a bad case of eczema. Poor baby. We’ve had luck with aquaphor and oatmeal bathes!

If it is eczema. My pediatrician said to use hydrocream. I was using aquaphor. As soon as I used the hydrocream it cleared up. You can get it at the grocery store. I would get it checked out too. Just in case.
