HELP!! Period early on the pill?

So I’ve been on the pill for 3, almost 4 years now and I haven’t really had problems until now. I started it because I had terrible cramps (so bad that I would violently throw up 🤢) and at first it helped a lot. Within the last year or so, that effect started to “wear off”. Or maybe my cramps are so bad now that the pill isn’t “strong” enough?

Idk but the main point of this was that 2 packs ago, at the last month, I got my period 3 weeks early. It was light and lasted a normal amount of time. Then I had a week of nothing and then I got it again, this time when I was actually supposed to. It was again light and normal length so I didn’t think too much of it.

Then, on the next pack, 3 months later, I got it early again. This time, it was 4 weeks early and lasted 2 whole weeks😭. It was also heavier than normal and my cramps got really bad. After the 2 weeks, it stoped again for another week and then continued on the last week of my pack, when I am supposed to get it. At this point I went to the doctor and he basically just said that it’s a side effect of bc and that I have nothing to worry about. I feel like he was just dismissing me tho.

Fast forward another 3 months to the current date, and my period is again 2 weeks early. Since my doctor clearly isn’t helping me, I have turned to the more experienced...you ladies. Has this happened to anyone else before? What did you do? Has it gone back to normal for you? Should I stop taking this bc and maybe switch to another bc (like an iud or something)?
