I’m 8 weeks and I’ve been getting slight aches under my rib already...
I think I feel the top of my uterus also already.
This is my second pregnancy and been noticing more this time around

Your uterus isn’t even with your pubic bone until 12 weeks, first pregnancy or 17th pregnancy. It’s even with your belly button at weeks 20, just to give you an idea of when to expect to feel your uterus. Not sure about the organs shifting, could be early since your body is already used to it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Congrats on your little nugget!! 😍
