UK! pregnant and court!!!!!!

I am 34 weeks pregnant I have court on Tuesday and I am supposed to be put in a cell before I go into court! my solicitor said he was going to try keep me out of a cell before court ? but I'm wondering what are the chances he will be able to keep me out of a cell? will the judge allow it..?
