Side effects? Irregular period..?

So I got my implant in 2016 around feb after I had my baby in nov 2016, and everything has been fine until lately we had sex maybe three weeks ago and since that time I’ve been feeling weird very bloated and tired cramping a lot !!!! I’m worried that I might be pregnant but then again I over think a lot!!!! Has anybody gotten pregnant with the implant? Maybe the implant is rejecting my body now cause I have been under so much stress lately that idk if it has to do with my anxiety depression and stress. Any opinions? 😞
