Should I buy this?

Has anyone used the ava bracelet? What are the pros and cons? Is it worth it to buy it? Or is it a total waste of money. All feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I also have an Ava bracelet and I regret my purchase. I think if you do not have infertility, then maybe this bracelet could be useful, it tracks your most fertile days apparently. However, after buying mine and wearing it religiously every night for 6 months (1 year total of trying) we learned we have male factor infertility and our only hopes of conceiving were IVF...
So going into IVF I thought, well I still want to get my moneys worth since it’s so expensive, so I used it to track my bbt and stress levels in my first pregnancy. This only stressed me out. I did end up miscarrying that pregnancy. 
My current pregnancy I have not and will not wear the Ava bracelet as for me it just caused more stress. 
Everyone is different though!

Did not work for me. Bracelet's information about when I was and was not ovulating was completely wrong as proven by my doctor.

I had one and sold it after a month. Waste of money. It detects a pattern in your temps and confirms ovulation that way, even if your temps don’t rise a whole 0.5 degree. It says “biphasic pattern detected-ovulation” which isn’t the case. I BBT vaginally every day and I have a 1yr old which I conceived through opks and bbts. So I’m not new to this game. I didn’t ovulate when Ava said I did, and so many other women out there who never did BBT or OPKS are thinking they’re ovulating when they’re not. I would not trust Ava.

A lot of women on here have asked about this. I have an Ava bracelet so I try and answer honestly because it isn’t cheap! I wore Ava for about 3-4 months and I am currently 11w3d pregnant. Basically, you wear the bracelet at night and it tracks your BBT (skin temp), heart rate, sleep duration. It charts all of this for you when you plug it in in the morning. Then, it predicts your ovulation day based on that info. It is able to predict that you’ve ovulated AFTER you have ovulated based on your BBT. It looks for a shift and alerts you if your body has gone through it, days after ovulation. Personally, I feel that it did track my ovulation date correctly; it was 2 days behind GLOW. So, do I feel that I could have gotten pregnant without it? Possibly, had I been having sex every other day during my entire fertile window. That wasn’t an option for us so I wanted to try and pinpoint the day as close as I could. Also, I had just come off 13 years of birth control but was lucky enough that my period was some what regular after that. To be honest it’s a little hard to say whether it’s worth it or not 🙊🙈
