I have been getting non stop headaches for two weeks now

almost 20 weeks. I woke up with red cheeks itchy a bit, back of head and front of head hurt so much. vusion was a lil blurry not as bad after I took my prenatal and high blood pressure pill but the headache still there and back pain

what can I do to help? my kids come home today from there grandma, need to be able function .i don't see ob til 9th but Thursday I see my new neurologist.
