I'm just terrified and scared. I'm 19 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby girl. I went to the hospital Friday and found out I was l dilated to a 2 or 3 and my sac was bulging through my cervix. I ended up having a cerclage done yesterday morning which was successful but was told that there is still risk of the water breaking and preterm labor. But the doctor said he is being optimistic. He said the goal is for me to get to 24 weeks so then if I need to deliver she will be able to survive in nicu. I want this baby so bad and I'm so scared of losing her. 5 more weeks sounds like an eternity to get to viability. Happen to anyone else also?
