Not sure what I should do about this.

I was 6w5d and I started bleeding badly last night, in alot of pain, cramping and sharp one sided pain, I haven't been able to get to the doctor because of work and limited transportation. But is this something I should go to the doctor about? Pretty sure it's a miscarriage but is this something I have to see a doctor about?
