I’m a first time parent and so far, pregnancy has been hard. I’ve been in agony from the start with stomach cramps (kind of like period pains but way way worse).

I was wondering if anyone has had the same symptoms in their first trimester and how they dealt with it?

I’ve been to the doctors, had the baby checked and everything is fine but they can’t figure out what the pain is. I’m thinking it’s constipation pains but would it be this painful?

Any help would be fab!!
