Hopeless but still hopeful

Anybody have some cycles where you just feel plain hopeless? That's me right now. I'm trying really hard not to give up. Last cycle I felt really good about it, but AF ended up coming right on schedule. This time I'm trying to be hopefully.. just not feeling very positive.
