Pregnancy pillow?

Question

Is it worth it? I’m having the worst lower back pain and pelvic pain. The last two nights I’ve slept sleeping upward that seemed to help a little but I still can’t get comfortable. Hubby wants to get one but they seem pricey so are they worth it and which do you guys prefer?

I got my u shaped pillow about 20 weeks and I cannot tell you how much I love it. I tried body pillows, and regular pillows, and wedge pillows. None of them did for me what this pillow does. My life has seriously changed. Haha!! 😂 I highly recommend that you get one.

I swear by my pregnancy pillow. It makes being on my side much easier. I have a leachco one. I hate sleeping on my side. It’s been tough for me. But having the pillow helps. I even thought about ordering a second one for my back side to keep me in between two pillow. Don’t think I’ll ever be able to sleep without one now!

I didn’t feel like I needed to spend all that money. I have SPD so my pelvis is always in terrible pain and I thought a pregnancy pillow would help, but my ob said even just a couple body pillows between my legs should do the trick and she was very much correct. I’m glad I didn’t spend all that money on a pregnancy pillow honestly.

Personally I’ve never had a pregnancy pillow through my whole pregnancy and I don’t think it’s needed! However some women love them, if you want it get it!

Try a normal body pillow. That seems to help me, but I’m only 18 weeks and have been having slight back issues. I was on the fence about getting a pregnancy pillow because of price and the fact they are so big! I didn’t want to have to kick my husband out of the bed haha

YES! I sleep so much better with mine (a U-shape). I was really resistant because of cost but got lucky and got one from a friend. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t have hesitated.

I haven't bought a pregnancy pillow yet. but I'm heading there. I bought a $10 body pillow from Walmart and it worked well enough in the beginning but it's not doing the best anymore.
