possible preterm labor?

started feeling nauseous and then began vomiting bile so after started having what feel like contractions and bad back pain that went down into my legs . been about 45 minutes now and still experiencing it. should I be worried or is this normal for 28 weeks??

called the doc and drinking water and trying to time then but I can't exactly tell when they stop and start so its hard.

You need to time them. Also you need to be drinking a ton of water. And sounds like from everything you’re throwing up you’re probably now dehydrated and that can cause some intense cramping in pregnancy.

Drink water.  if you're vomiting bile, your stomach has been empty. Drink, lay down, and have your phone handy. dehydration can trigger it. good luck

You need to call your doctor I didn't hav contractions during my actual labor.. Just back pain.. Everyone is different!
