Okay ladies what all will I need for myself after I deliver?

Tucks pads, peri bottle, stool softener, dermosplast, and depends. My hospital gave me everything but the depends. The mesh underwear suck and depends are so much more comfortable than giant pads and are easisr to change. Lots of easy healthy snacks and water.

Food, and lots of it. 
Cold maxi pads - the hospital had some that were like a glow stick - you snapped them and they got cold. Every time a nurse brought me some, I stuck most of them in my bag and then asked for more. You can also squirt aloe or witch hazel on an overnight pad and keep it in the freezer. 
A really big water bottle.
Someone to bring you things (more food, more water, that thing you dropped and can’t bend over to get because baby finally fell asleep on you...)
Entertainment - books, Kindle, iPad w/ Netflix...

Comfy clothes, whatever you need to take a shower (flip flops, razor, hair shampoo etc), your own pillow is a super nice thing to have, phone charger, makeup if you need it to take pics, clothes to take the baby home in and a blanket if it’s going to be cold when you deliver. The hospital usually supplies all the postpartum pads, underwear, stool softeners, and anesthetic spray. They’ll also provide diapers, a hat, formula if you need it, and other baby related things.

Stock up on long overnight or super pads if you don't already have some. I got the ones with wings for extra protection. The hospital I delivered at had real fabric disposable boyshort style underwear, so I snagged several of those and several extra of their super absorbant pads, plus the ice pack pads for the first few days after I got home. Be prepared to change your pad every 2-3 hours for the first 5-ish days. I'm one month post partum and I've gone thru four 48 count packs of pads.
Another thing, I am thirsty ALL THE TIME, so I have reusable water bottles all over the house. 
Make sure you stock up on easy snack food/quick meals. If it wasn't easy to quickly make and eat, I ended up not eating at all.
