What your sign of having twins? It’s my first and everyone thinks I’m having twins I have my first appointment in a week. I don’t have morning sickness, barely any cramps, I’ve gained a good amount of weight that’s about it.

My sign was seeing them both on the ultrasound! There’s really no other way to tell as symptoms vary for everyone and there are no specific ‘twin symptoms’. 
I’ve discovered that the vast majority of people who comment on your size also have no idea what size you are supposed to be.

The ultrasound, lol. Honestly had no idea until then. Now I will say compared to my current Singleton pregnancy, my morning sickness was worse with twins. But there are plenty of people who seem to have had even worse morning sickness than I did who are just carrying one baby, so that’s not a definitive sign.

You’ll only know via ultrasound like everyone else said. There’s no specific symptoms for twins or even for a one baby pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different and with all my pregnancies they all came with different symptoms but was only one baby each time.

I’m pregnant with twins but didn’t know until the doctor called me and told me after the ultrasound. The ultra sound tech didn’t mention anything at all!!! Although I did have morning sickness around 3-4 weeks, I was sick for weeks & my SO told me to take a test. I’m not sure if I would consider that a sign tho because anybody could have early morning sickness. Mine was terrible!!

What they said ^. Only sign is seeing the ultrasound lol Even when you are having twins you won’t show any differently than a singleton that early on because the embryos are so so tiny.
