So is it normal to have white stuff coming out of down there all the time? Idk sorry if i look like an but I need to know and I'm too afraid to ask anyone irl

It's called discharge, it's entirely normal and the colour and consistency changes depending where you are in your cycle. Unless there's an offensive smell or it is lumpy, a bit like cottage cheese then there's no need to worry. :)
