Yeast infection or not ?

So I’ve been suffering for 2 days now my vagina feels so dry and super itchy and swollen I don’t know if it’s a yeast infection or not because there is no discharge it’s just completely dry. This all happened after I started to take my Amoxicillin/Clavulan pills for my lipoma someone please help ughh.
