Need some help. Backstory first:

Been having trouble ovulating. Got some medicine for hypothyroidism and doc said this should get me regular again. This is “2nd month” “regular” (my cycles are still really long so way more than 28 days consistently).

See photos below. Haven’t got a positive ovulation strip yet (ever to be exact) and here are my charts. I’m confused about this mid cycle bleeding. It’s been varying amounts and I actually got a tiny clot yesterday. Any insight?
