I Just Needed a Break!

So today marks my return to Glow! I just took a much needed month and a half off. After my last cycle arrived I was pretty depressed and just kind of “over it”. My wife and I have done 3 back to back

cycles all have failed. Everything has been perfect from my levels, my ovaries, my ovulation, sperm count, motility etc. so it has been very disappointing knowing that a cycle hasn’t taken yet. Realistically I know This is a short time and it’s just the beginning of the process, and for the most part I have been optimistic. But last month I just didn’t want to be. And THAT’S OK!

So, we took a month off, we took a trip to Key West, we enjoyed being a couple in love and more importantly we forgot about TTC. I also had a month to focus on my photography business and that felt great! I ditched the app all together, no reading posts, no logging, no tracking, NOT ONE THING! Honestly, it felt really frikken good to not think about getting pregnant for a hot second!

But here I am, Cycle day 3 and just left my first appointment of this round. So here’s to

#4 feeling refreshed and hoping for the best!
