will the pill be ineffective? (possibly TMI)

Okay so I am not sure how to word the question, or the possibilities for the poll, but basically; I started a new pack of bc last night (this will be my second month on bc), and I threw up this morning at about 8am. Which is around 11 hours after I took my pill last night (9pm). All I threw up was bile, and after 11 hours I assume the pill has already been absorbed. Just a little paranoid and was wondering what other people thought.
