What to do?

Question

I am 27 weeks pregnant. Baby has been very quiet the last 2 days. 
She normally is very active for a few days and has a quiet day then active again but all yesterday she was very quiet and all today aswell. 
Not sure what to do!? Feel like I may be over reacting!?

Drink some orange juice or some pop and see if baby starts to move!

It seems to vary for me like that as well. Yesterday baby was super active and is this morning too. But the two days before that, I didn’t feel a whole lot. Very subtle movements and not as often. Sometimes I just lay down on my left side and it’ll start up...

If it'll put your mind at ease then I would go and get checked cause you'd kick yourself if something was wrong. I was the same but I went for my 28w check up last week and they asked about his movements and I said he hasn't been as active for 2 days and they sent me to the hospital to get checked but he's fine they said he's most probably moved positions. But it made me think I'd kick myself if things weren't ok so I'm glad they sent me

Chug a couple glasses of water, eat something sweet, and if you don’t get movement within a hour go get monitored
