Hi girls! 💕 just had a quick question, I was looking for a primer that hydrates my skin even though I have an oily T zone. I’ve noticed that my foundation gets blotchy around my cheeks, I’ve been told because my cheeks need hydration which is a bit confusing because my skin is not drying instead it ranges from normal to oily. Which very frustrating because I could look AMAZING 🤩 at the beginning of the day but by mid day my skin looks shiny and oily 😫I was wondering if you girls would know of a great primer for me?

I was looking at the tarte Quench Hydrating Primer - Rainforest Of The Sea Collection I’ve never used it but would like to know what your opinion would be if you have used it
