So my stbx and I have been married for 3 years we have been separated for 2 well I field for a divorce and he kept refusing to sign the papers so I gave up he kept making my life hell he kept stalking me telling people that I was getting fat calling me names and such so I blocked him on social media and he kept finding ways to stalk me well I ended up dating again and my boyfriend and I have been together for a year well after I had started dating again a few months later I was served with divorce papers he paid for the divorce!!! I cried in happiness I got a call from his lawyer asking me if I accepted the divorce I said yes! He told her other wise he told her I REFUSED to sign the divorce papers and didn’t want a divorce I laughed and told her the truth so I signed the papers and sent them back now I’ll be officially divorced September 12th I couldn’t be happier I’ll have the weights lifted off my shoulders
