Af was due today !

Woke up to nothing , I usually get my period around 5 am or 6 am no later than 7 am , and I usually get a cramp and then I fell like i need to pass a gush of blood so I go pee ! But no period yet ! I hope and pray she don’t show up ! All my test have been negative as of today ! Could I still be pregnant? If in case I am ? When I had my first born I never tested till I had all the symptoms which I didn’t know about cuz I was only 19yrs i was about 2 months into it when I first found out so I have no clue at all !! Had anyone gotten negatives and later on got positives is that a possibility??
