TTC and Starting to get frustrated

I’m 33 years old and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since May. I know, I know, 3 months is not long compared to other people’s journeys BUT when you are 33 years old and was on birth control religiously from the age of 15- 31, not used ANY form of birth control for the past 2 years besides the “pull out” method, it makes you worry.

Since May I’ve been tracking my fertility period, using clear blue digital ovulation test and taking Conception vitamins.

This cycle I decided I was going to try essential oils and bought oils known to help increase fertility and regulate the cycle. I’ve been rolling them on my lower abdomen and behind my ankles 3 times a day.

I honestly didn’t think it would be this hard. I thought we’d get pregnant immediately. I’m healthy, I don’t smoke, I work out. It’s just crazy to me so many women my age struggle with getting pregnant.
