Mirena removal side effects are hell!!!!

Am I the only one who was unaware of the after effects of long term mirena use? The crash mimics pregnancy in every way. Even breasts getting larger and tender. Food aversions. Twinges. Nausea. Lower back pain. Fatigue. And one hell of an emotional roller coaster. I never got my period for the 4 1/5 years on mirena. Had it surgically removed due to having the leep procedure and scar tissue making it cause too much pain when they tried on the office. Wasn’t warned of that prior to putting it in either. Got it removed June 5th bled from the 5th to the 10th and mid July had pink spotting for less than two days and haven’t had a period at all since removal. How long does it usually take to get your period back after removing the iud? And how long before these hormones balanced out and I feel normal again ??
