Testosterone and Whey while TTC
Ok ladies...my husband went and bought some testosterone supplements, whey protein shake and multi vitamin, he wants to bulk up!
I've been googling (smh) because we are TTC...I've found conflicting information and idk what to think?!?! ugh! have any of y'all's SO taken this and has it helped, noticed no change, or hurt the TTC process! I'm just worried right now I'm in my fertile window and I don't want his swimmers to be bothered! TIA for any advice!
