Pls help! Baby has acid reflux. Any tips?

Question

So my gorgeous baby suffers from acid reflux, but not bad enough to take any medical action. She cries in her sleep sometimes, cries before she will spit up. I feed her in a 45 degree angle. I burp her in between and after feedings. I hold her up 20mins after feeding and I try to prop her up when she naps. What else can i do? Any tips plss. I hate to see her suffer.
Plus I dont want to medicate her.

We were in the same boat!! We do all those tricks.... my LO also sleeps at night at an incline, and mostly naps in a swing or inclined bassinet. Enfamil AR also helps as it as rice starch in it therefore it is thicker and my baby keeps it down better. I only give it to her at night so she can sleep better and longer since it's not coming back up. My pediatrician says they only treat if she is in pain... so if you are noticing that she cries each time it comes back up, that is a sign it is painful for her and  medication may be more helpful at least until she is a little older and her esophagus is fully developed!!

The one thing that worked for my baby was Infant Gaviscon. All the tips like keeping baby upright etc just didn’t work at all x

Zantac and enfamil AR. Hold upright for 20 minutes afterwards
