We don’t all have the same 24 Hours

So this is semi-related to the post about lower income people living in messier environments. If you read my comment on there, I say that if there IS a correlation, it’s due to people in poverty not having as much time for things like cleaning and organizing.

This article is a good read is relevant to that topic. I see a lot of IG and Pinterest posts (which are meant to be inspirational) that are like “we all have the same 24 hours”.

Problem is, we don’t. When you’re well off, you can afford to buy back more free time.

Not to mention, a lot of lower income jobs don’t even give sick days or paid holidays. Meanwhile a lot of office type jobs do things like “early dismissal Friday” where you get out early, just because it’s Friday, and still get paid. Mine does this.
