Ovulating with PCOS

Hi everyone.. I was diagnosed with PCOS back when I was 17 years old and I’m now 31. I get severe ovulation pain every month (except this month) while I’ve been ttc. Is it possible that I’m actually ovulating or am I just getting pain because my ovaries want to but can’t 🤔??
