Help!! Does this seem like PCOS or pregnancy

Hi,

So back in May (21/05) I had an irregular bleed 2 weeks after AF (05/05-09/05) and it lasted four days; blood was red/brown.

Then after that I started to get lightheaded and dizzy on 26/05 and pains started from my ribs to my lower abdomen but the pain was mostly on my lower right side as well as that my right breast was huge and my nipple hurt so bad. I wasn’t eating but drinking water all the time.

So June came around I was still in pain, my breasts and stomach hurt like crazy. AF in June was very weird as my cycle is 28 days long but I started AF on day 35 of my cycle. After AF in June I was spotting for a month and half, this past weekend I bled heavily.

Stomach is huge, swollen, rounder and keeps twitching; the twitching is in my back too around my uterus area.

My body shape has changed

Cervix is very tender - my discharge smells like iron and is white bits and I keep getting sudden sharp pains

Nausea/heartburn

Metallic taste in mouth

Problems passing urine/poo

Pressure in poo area

I’ve done about 50 pregnancy tests all spaced out the past 2 almost 3 months, they’ve all been negative

I had my bloods done in June (hormone levels etc), and my doctor said everything was fine until I found out last Friday that I’m borderline anaemic and I’ve had an ultrasound done on 24/07 to check my uterus, ovaries, bladder, kidneys, liver, stomach etc and he told me everything was fine.

I’ve been referred to see a gynaecologist and a gastroenterologist next month.

This has been going on for 2 months almost 3 months.

This is my stomach from today:

This is my stomach from 3 days ago:

Any advice, assumptions on what it could be or recommendations on what I could do to help reduce the symptoms would be helpful

I wanted to mention that I’ve never had a problem with my periods before.

Medications I’ve been put on:

Laxatives

Tranexamic acid (for the bleeding)

Mefenamic acid (for pain relief)

Ferrous Fumarate (to get my iron levels up)

P.S. I’ve been to the ER over 20 times and 3 out of the however many doctors I’ve seen have said I might have PCOS.
