Bruising around nipple piercing?

I got my nipples pierced yesterday and this is the nip she did first. Is this bruising around it normal or should I get it checked? I really don’t wanna have to do it again it already doesn’t match the other one😓

It's normal but if they don't match or are uneven if it were me I'd take them out and let them heal and have them re done and I'd make sure the shop I got them done at would have a complaint and negative feedback if they refused to re pierce them correctly for free.

They pierced it wrong. For a nipple piercing the bar is pierced through the base of the nipple. If it's any lower or higher than it can lead to bruising, infection, higher chance of getting caught on things, less aesthetically pleasing. I suggest going to another piercer preferably a high end one to get it checked out. They'll suggest the right thing for you.

i would definitely take that one out and let the holes heal up, the nipple piercing is supposed to be at the very base of the nipple, THE NIPPLE not the areola, and your piercer seems to have placed that end in the areola, and im sure that’s what is causing the bruising. your best and safest bet would be to remove it, maybe go to
the doctor for a professional answer and to make sure you don’t get an infection of any sort

It looks like it was pierced wrong, it should go through the base of your nipple. I know it sucks but I would take it out (after you go back the the piercer and show them what’s wrong with it) and either have them re do it (if they can do it correctly) or how a more experienced person do it.

Mine didn’t have that... idk if it’s because they pierced breast tissue and not your actual nipple, but I’d get it checked out
