I've never done it before but my husband and I were wanting to give it a try. is it safe? and can I use any anal numbing cream?

sex is quite good for the baby since you move and even "do sports". it is healthy and will help your delivery to be easier and less painful (as I heard)

it depends. if you havr constipation or piles etc then no. if you have placenta previa no. if having anal you can not then have normal sex as it will cross contaminate with bacteria which is harmful to baby .

alsoit advices not to try for the first time during pregnancy as could cause issues only to do if zero complications and if you are used to it
