If your SO woke up frantic, grabbed their phone & put it under them to sleep on?🤔

I would think something was up. Especially waking up frantic. He obviously has something to hide.🤷🏼‍♀️

My partner and I woke up the other day and he couldn’t find his phone. We found it on the other side of the room on the floor. We have no idea why it was there. We think he was sleepwalking or something. People do weird stuff in their sleep. 
If he has never given you reason to worry before, I wouldn’t worry.

I mean does he typically keep his phone away?
 I’ve been with plenty of cheaters. They usually hide their phones when they’re on it, like face it a certain way, away from you or above you when cuddling, etc. 
Or always have it on silent (mines always on vibrate due to last job, since it would instantly ring). But they usually always have it face down too. 
BUT some of these things are normal habits for people and don’t always scream cheater though. Inly would be more worried if it only recently began. 
Everyone is just so different and we can’t tell based off that information.
Even tonight my boyfriend (sometimes talk in his sleep) started talking about some girl, but not by name, like talking to his friends and just referred to her a certain way. I know it was nothing but I wanted to wake him up mad. lol I just shook him out of that phase of sleep a little and he snapped out of it. Tomorrow we will have a good laugh and he’ll probably tell me he doesn’t remember anything. Which I probably wouldn’t either. 
But we all usually do weird things in our sleep. Just think about your most confusing dreams...doesn’t always relate to real life.
Communication is key though! Talk to him about it. Ask him what he was dreaming about and tell him what happened.
 So it can be anything! But I don’t think it’s anything to stress about hun.

Idk I feel like in my background I do weird things like this that would be considered a red flag if you don’t know my past. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and Instantly move away from my partner like he’s Burning me or I’ll go into the living room and curl up on the couch and sleep. I get bad nightmares and when I wake up it takes awhile to determine I’m safe. I think I’d ask him about it, I don’t think you should not go into it without it being in your mind as a possibility but I also think you should have a more innocent kind of possibility if it makes sense

well if it was my SO I would think he was dreaming and not think much of it.  Like others said we need more background knowledge. Are there trust issues? Has he done that before? Does he hide his phone when he is conscious?

With my husband, I'd be pretty sure he was still asleep! Dude sleep talks all the time, and moves around like he's trying to find something.
