Is it weird to give your children the same middle name?

My Daughters name is Kayleigh Brielle’ and I Love how her name flows so well together and plus I had her name picked out before I even met her father. Anyway so we are expecting baby #4 but I have 2 angel babies and she is my only living.. I don’t know what I’m having yet I find out the 7th but if it’s a boy it will most likely be a Jr. but the girl I love the name Kaylani! I want to try to keep the Kay some kind of way but none of the middle names people are giving me flows please help !!! THANKS LADIES

In my opinion, Kayleigh and Kaylani are very similar sounding, so I would personally give her a different middle name. Maybe something that sounds like Brielle, like Adelle, Abrielle, Arielle, Avarielle, Belle, Chantelle, Danielle, Estelle, Isabelle, Janelle, Jacquelle, Michelle, Noelle, or Rachelle. I like your names! They're cute!

Because the first names are so similar, I wouldn't do it. If the first names were very different then I think it would be fine.

Because the first names sound so similar I would maybe go with a different middle name.
But I knew a girl who had 4 sisters and they all had the same middle name which was also their mothers middle name. I thought it was cute and still do!

If you end up using a different first name then I think using the same middle could be cute. 
But I agree with other posters: these first names are really similar already, so I think in this case it's important that they have different middle names.

I have a declan James and recently gave birth to a kaiden. I was told I couldnt give him the same middle name as his brother as it was weird. dont get me wrong I love kaiden john but I regret not going with kaiden James I just love it so much ): you do you!
