Belly Button Piercing (infection ?)

I got my belly button pierced 2 weeks ago and I'm experiencing a little pus and redness lately . I been washing it with dial soap and using a sea salt and water mixture with a cotton ball to clean it twice a day . Is this redness and little bit of puss normal or do I have an infection?
