It reminds me of an 80/90s name like Jessica, Brittany, Ashley, etc. I wouldn’t use it for that reason, but that’s just me. :)

I don’t hear it often for babies. It’s my sisters name. She is 25. It was pretty popular in our age group but still not overdone.

I know a lot of Taylor's in their twenties but none who are little girls so probably not that common

Not anymore where I live at least. I've only met one Taylor and it was a boy.
