So I’m 35+3- I went for my weekly check up- Doctor measured the fundal height and was concern because he is measuring 38 and he has normally been spot on with the week he’s been.

The sudden growth mixed with me gaining close to 10lbs in a week without diet change, and extreme swelling of hands and feet (BP is a bit high 133/90 but no protein/glucose) had her order an ultrasound.

Went in today for Ultrasound at the hospital because my office’s tech was booked for the next week. The ultrasound tech asks me what my due date is- I say 09/04- she says that my chart says 08/24 I said no that’s not right- she asks if I’m sure about my due date- I said yes and that’s the date they’ve always told me- even at yesterday’s appointment I was told 35+2. She said my due date at the first scan was 09/04 and that ever since the anatomy scan at 22 weeks it’s been 08/24. No ones told me this at all- I know it’s all just an estimate but I mean c’mon give me a range then?

Anywho- I have my next appointment on Thursday and have a lot of questions- tech says baby is 7lbs 4ozish and everything looks fine but that the doctor would go over everything with me at my next appointment. A little freaked that I went from 5 weeks to 3 weeks lol
