I started at 4 months with all three of my kids. They are all healthy with absolutely no health problems. I have a 17 year old, 8 year old and a 6 month old. I started introducing them to baby rice made with formula, then made my way up to Apple puree. You will know if it is too early because your baby will cry and reject it if they are not ready. Be sure to keep giving them either breast milk or formula though.
