As long as the condom didn't break and the semen was inside the condom then there's no reason for plan B. If the condom broke a little or some spilled into you when taking the condom our or whatever then yeah you can take Plan B but otherwise I see it as a waste of money. 
I've had condoms stay inside me when he pulls out too, but none of them were broken so I didn't take plan B or was worried and no pregnancy happened because no semen met an egg or even vagina. 
Obviously if it makes you feel better you can take plan B, but unless the condom was broken or spilt I see no reason. 🤷🏻‍♀️
