Lactation Cookies & Tips/ Tricks
What’s the best brand of Lactation cookies? Also, any tips, tricks, or home remedies for producing more breast milk? Other than pumping more & drinking water because I’m already doing that lol. My little man is in he NICU so I’m trying my best to get as much milk as possible because his stomach tolerates it way better. I’m starting to pump just enough for him to make it day by day but I need to build up a supply for his long NICU stay. Pls HELP!
