What Fasting number and 2 hour meal do you follow?

Neither. Fasting is 90 and one hour is 140 (with 120 preferred). My endocrinologist is managing mine, so her standards are stricter.

My OB said 100 and 120. She said I could skip going to MFM and she would oversee BPP's. After a preemie last pregnancy I'm going to see an MFM too. I like their stricter guidelines. Most of my fasting numbers are above 90 and have been climbing.

I have to be under 90 for fasting and under 120 after an hour 🙄 even though most people I see can be 140 after an hour. But I haven’t had any issues with it. I might get low 120s if I eat too many carbs.
